About this listen
Garrison Balchek: I'm the best goalie in the league. That's not me shooting the shit. I've got the stats to back me on this. My ability to see the ice, predict plays before they happen, read the players are all skills I've honed since the first time they strapped me into a pair of skates. But it's not just the ice where I enjoy watching people. That part of me is something no one can ever know. Makes finding The One difficult. But finding The One for tonight? That I can do.
Grace Schwaltz: I've spent my entire life making sure things run smoothly. A planner, the queen of details... I'm never without a notebook, a pen, and my phone. I stand on the sidelines, sit in the players boxes, or generally stay out of the way. That's my job. It's why they call me the PR Guru. But nights? Those are for me. I may be a wallflower professionally but I'm a freaking orchid at night: Lookie no touchy.
A chance meeting at an exclusive club that caters to various desires has these two questioning what they thought was the right fit. What you see is what you get. Right?
Dropped Puck Series is a six book hockey romance series following the Chicago Sharks as they fight through a season of ups and downs. A collection of interconnected standalones, each book can be listened to on their own, but I do recommend following the order in which the books are published, as the characters do make follow up appearances in the subsequent stories.

To see and be seen.
Another great, entertaining story in this Dropped Puck series. I really enjoyed these two characters. Garrison, the goalie. Loves his job and hockey. Works hard, notices everything and everybody on and off the ice. He puts himself out there for everyone to see. Grace, the promoter. Works hard for her clients. Puts them in the spotlight while she stays in the background working hard. They each have a secret that pulls them together in the best of ways. 5 stars plus for their love story.
I was gifted an Audible version of this book from the authorthroughStoryOrigin. I was disappointed in the narration. As much as I loved the story, the narrator really didn't add to my enjoyment. She varied her voice for the two main characters, but especially her male voice was just not believable. She put some expression into the story, but it fell flat for me. It just could have been so much better. I am giving her 3 stars

Great story not so great narration
Loved love love the story but I am not a fan of the narration. It's not the narrator exactly that I don't like, she does a decent job for the most part but I really don't like that it sounds so distant and the mic sounds weird. I struggled to get into the story because of it. There were slight gaps in the narration where the narrator was possibly reading to see what's next? I'm not sure, but it didn't hook me as much as the other audiobooks in the series have.
The book itself is phenomenal but I'm not overall crazy on the narration here and it pains me to say that because I was so excited to see this one come out.
I received an advanced copy of the book and am voluntarily leaving a review

Great story, but struggled with the narration
I absolutely loved Saving Grace and the romance between Grace and Garrison! Their chemistry was captivating, and the story kept me engaged from start to finish. However, I struggled with the narration. The audio quality made it sound like they were in a tunnel, which was distracting. Additionally, the switching between male and female characters felt a bit jarring at times.
Overall, the book itself was fantastic, but the narration made it difficult for me to fully immerse myself in the story.
I gievn an ARC copy and I'm volunteering to leave honest review.

If you can get past the narrator - great book
Saving Grace by Rosie P. Burke is the 4th book in her Dropped Puck Series and boy does she hit us hard with this one.
Grace has had a thing for Garrison for a while, but being the person in charge of keeping everyone looking good from a PR standpoint has her keeping her distance. But boy does she love to bust his balls.
Garrison is the best goalie in the league. He sees all, that's what he gets paid for. But when it comes to Grace, he wants to see more. He always has. When he sees her at the members only club he frequents, he's taken aback and can't wait to see more of her. And see he does.
I was given the opportunity to listen to this audiobook from the author through StoryOrigin and while I am thankful for the opportunity, boy was this book hard to listen to. The narrator must have been Canadian and she mispronounced so many words (from the way an American would have said them) that it almost had me DNFing the book. I'm glad I didn't because the book itself was good, but OMG! It was the most painful hours I have ever listened to a book. I will go out of my way to NEVER listen to anything narrated by this person again.

Garrison and Grace
The story was good, and focuses on Garrison our stoic goalie that seems to see all and Grace our PR guru that is loved by the team. There is a few hiccups in narration, however, for the most parts it's good.

Delightful!
Grace Shwaltz is the PR guru for the Sharks NFL hockey team and Garrison Balchek is the star goalie. They've danced around each other for a few years but have never taken it any farther. They both have secrets that have them in each others' orbit much sooner than expected. Grace is an exhibitionist and Garrison is a voyeur, and when they meet each other at Edge, their secrets come out. I really enjoyed this highly-sensualized story and Grace and Garrison made a wonderful couple. The mystery portion of the story was excellent and I wish the "guilty party" would have found a little more karma. It is a story that ended with a happy heart!
Marina Craven did an excellent job with the narration. Her dynamic voice, perfect pace and intonation brought each of the characters to life.

Grace and Garrison’s LOVE Story.
Grace has a secret. Garrison has a secret too. When they meet outside of the hockey arena sparks fly as their darkest secrets are revealed.
I really enjoyed this audiobook. The character development was excellent, and the characters were well-written with warmth and dimension.
Even though this book addressed some kinks that may be frowned upon in polite society, the author wrote them extremely well, making them a natural part of the character’s lives.

A bit slower
I found this installment to be a bit of a slower start than the previous in the series, Which I did like I really loved how they developed their relationship and Garrison brought Grace into her own that being said with all the build of of the beginning I feel like the conflict and ending was a bit rushed and though it was wrapped up it wasn't a satisfying resolution. Overall it's a good story and I loved these characters, I just really wanted a bit more. Narration was OK there were some little pronunciation and errors in the actual words as well as the foreign languages, which I understand can be difficult and there wasn't much but I did notice. There were also times mostly when in the Male POV that Craven sounded very wooden and emotionless.

Too Much Steam, Not Enough Story
This book wasn’t quite for me. While I enjoy a good steamy romance, this one leaned too heavily on the heat and not enough on the plot. The exhibitionism and voyeurism aspects were a bit much for my taste, making it hard to connect with the story. That said, Rosie Burke does a great job weaving together the lives of recurring characters across her books, which I did enjoy. The camaraderie between Garrison’s teammates and the strong friendships among the women were also highlights. Overall, not my favorite, but fans of ultra-steamy romance might love it! I listened to the audio version of this book and the narrator was ok.
