This was so well researched and was super fun and easy to listen to. Brought back a lot of memories and taught me new things as well.

This is by far one of the best books I have listened to! As a diehard emo fanboy, this was fantastic! The author’s research and insight is clear and concise! I highly recommend this to anyone who loves the genre!

This is like a bunch of reddit posts about interviews and stories from your favorite bands growing up and not a full book. The stories from the book are fun for quick TikTok videos but not a whole book. I hope the follow up is more fleshed out and defined instead short quips about bands from twenty years ago.
