This gives hope!

As a fellow sufferer of depression I was grateful for the realistic descriptions of the symptoms and the inner feelings of one who struggles with the sometimes perfectionistic LDS cultural image. This is a hope filled guide to navigating the struggle and recognizing God’s love even in our private difficulties.
