This is a good book the tools are simple to understand. It is worth a look. It is straight and to the point. No story telling that you have to think through to get the point. I would recommend expeicaly to young people.

Like the fact you can finish in a run. Requires constant effort in the beginning

Great book. Read daily.

The book came across like the author was trying way too hard to assure the readers that they knew a lot about self-discipline. The book recommends therapy-esk coping tools and mantras that made me feel like a whiny millennial after not getting my way.

I'm sure these tools are great for some people and If you are looking for a book to make you feel good with the warm and fuzzes it's not so bad.

It's a feel good self help book.
