Calming, Peaceful and Restful

I started looking into meditation as a way of relieving stress. I came across this book and began listening to it nightly and its really improved my sleep and I feel much better in morning. I have an Oura ring and in general its improved my sleep score and readiness by about 8 pts, which is awesome. I' believe I am a positive person, and the meditations have really enhanced that positivity. Love it and would highly recommend making this a staple in your bedtime routine,

Peaceful

I have been listening to this all week while I fall asleep and while its too early to tell if it worked, I have noticed an improvement in my mood each morning when I wake up, so that is W in my books!

Love the content, not the narrator

It's a great idea to bundle these 3 topics (sleep, weight loss, and wealth) for meditation and affirmation. I sampled all 3 modules and the content/script was pretty good. However, I really did not enjoy the narrator’s performance — It is unnaturally slow and hard to listen to at 1x speed, I tried various speeds and even at 1.5x (which is about the right pace for me), it still sounded very robotic. This makes it hard for me to “get into” the meditative zone.

I realize the audio preference is personal, so others may not share my opinion. The content is solid and for someone else who isn't bothered by the narrator's voice (maybe even like it), this would be a great resource for regular meditation & positivity exercises.

Always Love guided meditation for sleep

I’ve always loved guided sleep meditation. It puts me to sleep so quickly. This audiobook provides just that. I wasn’t very fond of the narrators voice but it still did the job!

Very Relaxing

I picked up this audiobook in an effort to learn how to control my weight and sleep better without crazy fad diets and medication. The main tenant of this book is to learn how to relax and in doing so, you learn how to control your inner self regardless of the environment you live in. In today's fast-paced world, returning to simple holistic approaches to better health is the best solution. I have practiced this meditation for a few days now and I already am not so uptight and am sleeping better.
