Great book to make you unstoppable
This book goes through the self talk we have with each other and how you can turn that around and thrive. I’ve said affirmations out loud before but once I practised this again consistently it really does work. It gets you in such great frame of mind that you feel like you can do anything. I’m having a touch time at work at the moment and it gives me the tools to put me in a positive frame of mind and then if things go back I just pop to the bathroom and say a few affirmations in my head to reset. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve their frame of mind and crush their goals
