Publisher's summary

From Sara Shepard, author of the number one New York Times best-selling Pretty Little Liars series, comes the nail-biting, shocking conclusion to The Lying Game.

Sutton Mercer had the perfect life, great friends, and a gorgeous boyfriend - until she was murdered. Then the killer forced Sutton's long-lost twin sister, Emma, to pretend to be her. Emma has been living Sutton's life for weeks now, frantically trying to figure out who killed her sister and why.

But when Sutton's body is discovered, Emma suddenly becomes the number one suspect in her twin's murder. Now she needs to find the killer before she ends up behind bars - or worse.

In this stunning finale to the beloved series The Lying Game, Emma finally solves her sister's murder - but the killer will do anything to make sure that the truth dies with her.

OMG

What made the experience of listening to Seven Minutes in Heaven the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the narrator's voice. She sounds like a teenage girl, and does a wonderful job of bringing Sutton (and all the girls) to life. And she doesn't do that awful "woman doing a teenage boy's voice" thing, which always feels horribly artificial.

What other book might you compare Seven Minutes in Heaven to and why?

The Lying Game is very similar to the Pretty Little Liars books, but I enjoyed this series more. The characters are more likable and the story is more compelling.

Have you listened to any of Cassandra Morris’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This series is the only of Cassandra Morris's that I've listened to. I would certainly consider listening to others she's narrated.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I cried at the end. I can only imagine what it must be like for a family to go through something like this, but to have to look at the face of the granddaughter they lost on the granddaughter they never knew they had must be torture.

Tied for first place.

I've read so many book series in my life, and this one is tied for first place. Once I made It to the last book, I literally did not stop listening. I read for 1 hour straight, then 4 hours straight, and then I stayed up real late listening for hours. I spent 2 hours the next day as soon as I woke listening. So intriguing. After listening to the first and second book, I prayed that the next 4 books would also be narrated by Cassandra Morris. She made this series even better. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It's unfathomably excellent.

not your typical "who done it" series.

This book really draws you in and keeps you interested invested. Each character has its own personality and you grow to love or hate each one. The books had me guessing, it was never a dull moment. Not your typical "who done it" story it really went in depth leading up to the final shock. I would definitely listen to this series a second time.

A TOTALLY AMAZING END FOR THIS SAGA!!!!

Where does Seven Minutes in Heaven rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

3

Who was your favorite character and why?

Laurel Mercer, doesn't matter how badly she wanted to hurt her sister, she never did, reason why? family sticks with you no matter what I think Laurel is the prove of that during this book (along with Emma of course, after all she's in this mess cause of her dead twin) Laurel supported Sutton even if she was a b***h and then when they all suspected of Emma killing her, she actually trusted her

What about Cassandra Morris’s performance did you like?

She was amazing narrating this entire novel from the begginin till the end

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me gasp a couple of times (almost during the whole book) and I cried on a couple of chapters

Any additional comments?

So far, I can assure that this has been the best Sara Shepard's book

Sad but beautiful ending

This book made me cry bittersweet tears. Emma & Sutton suffered so much for months,. It's hard to understand such a loss. I'm glad I read this series.

Really great series

I really liked it. Great ending. Doesn’t rush the ending and takes time to wrap up all the questions.

Conclusion will make you cry

Seven Minutes in Heaven concludes a long awaited mystery that makes the last 5 books come clear and make sense. It's not exactly unexpected but it's the best ending. The whole book will keep you on edge and break your heart but it's all worth it.

Chillsss

I loved this series. I listened to all 6 books in less than 6 days. The ending brought tears in my eyes and a lumpy feeling in my throat!! The last chapters of this book gave me chills all over. It’s an amazing series and I highly recommend!
