Helped my wife
I wanted to find something that would actually help my wife deal with the hard parts of ADHD. She told me this book was one of the first that really made sense for what she goes through. It talked about what ADHD looks like for women, not just the typical stuff you hear about. It gave her simple advice that didn’t feel overwhelming.
