#1 Best Seller in Paranormal Werewolves & Shifters Romance

Three reclusive brothers, two dark secrets, and a curious golden-haired woman who’s the key to unlocking their destiny.

When a midnight call takes me to a mysterious house in a deep, dark wood, I find a forbidden secret behind a closed door that could be the key to unlocking my darkest desires. But the imposing, intense, handsome triplets there have bigger plans for me and an even bigger secret.

When I uncover their room of pleasure and punishment, I want to give myself over to experiences I’ve only ever imagined.

Robert Bjorn is calm, brooding, and enigmatic. With whiskey eyes and lips that never smile, his fantasies perfectly match mine, but he wants more than I’m willing to give.

Evan Bjorn is unrestrained and funny, the lightness to his brothers’ stoic reserve. He takes nothing seriously except his desire to make me theirs.

Hunter Bjorn is the eldest and fiercest. He eyes me with feral hunger and speaks in riddles that drive me insane. But his protectiveness makes me feel safe in a world suddenly filled with peril.

But when I discover they’ve been hiding their true natures, I’m faced with a choice.

Return to my life, which is now more dangerous than I could ever have imagined or make a deal with three huge bear-men who believe I’m their fated mate.

Will anything ever be just right again?

Although SB offered high praise for the narrators in her newsletter, I found their performances lacking. Both voices carried an odd and breathy resonance that pulled me out of the story rather than drawing me in. It wasn’t just distracting—it actively diminished the emotional weight of several scenes. The pacing of the narrative also felt uneven, dragging noticeably in places. However, it’s difficult to determine whether the sluggish tempo stemmed from the writing itself or was simply a byproduct of the lackluster delivery. I’d be genuinely interested in experiencing this story again with different narrators, just to see if a more nuanced performance could shift my overall impression. While I’ve thoroughly enjoyed many of SB’s previous recommendations, this particular volume falls short for me, and is not one I’d choose to replay.
