About this listen

The tiny hermit crab loves his new shell, and he doesn't want to share it, not with a blobby purple anemone and a tickly bristleworm. But life in the rock pool proves tougher than Crab thinks, and soon he finds he needs his new housemates in this rollicking story of sea, shells, and friendship.

A sparkling tale of the seaside and sharing, by the author of The Gruffalo.

Great teaching tool

Any additional comments?

Will use this in a special needs setting, the children love to listen to the book as we flip the pages. There is a great lesson in sharing and getting along - the narrator has a soothing voice the children enjoy
