Any additional comments?

.Ms. Mansfield is an unusual author in that her characters are not described (nor judged) by herself, but by the other characters. It is the other characters that define the main character, so much insight. A great way to tell a tale. Rather than boring, the stories are all about the human spirit, what brings joy, sorrow, regret, motivation. How humans think about themselves and one another. Often, her prose makes the reader wish they could file away the exact words to later carefully examine and think about. What a nice surprise to learn about this author.
