About this listen

Scratch Morton and Bo Creel, two aging cowpokes and friends for years, have seen their share of cattle drives, shootouts, and bust-ups. They do their best to stay on the right side of the law, and never go looking for trouble, but it seems to find them just the same.

In Arizona Territory, they get stuck in the midst of a battle between competing stagecoach lines. Of course, a pretty woman who happens to own one of the lines has a lot to do with it, and things aren't quite what they seem.

Performed by Ken Jackson, Tim Carlin, Mort Shelby, Terence Aselford, Andy Clemence, Kate Foster, Joe Brack, Christopher Graybill, Tim Getman, Jeff Baker, Thomas Penny, Dylan Lynch, David Coyne, Nanette Savard, Richard Rohan, Bobby Aselford.

Good book. It was nice meeting the two Texans. The are a colorful couple of drifters. Looking forward to their next adventure voluntary or not. Like Frank Morgan, trouble seems to follow them.

The sidewinders saved the day (Sort of).

This is the first book in this series. Scratch and Bo get caught up in a battle between stage lines. There is a good and easy to follow storyline that grabs your attention. I like the way they try to do what's right. I enjoyed this book and will listen to more in this series. I like the different narrators. If my review is any help will you please click on the helpful link below. Thank you.
