Highly Informative!
With the start of the new year, I am looking to make positive changes in my life - one of which is my time management. I found this book to be insightful and inspiring. I had never really thought about my habits until I read this book - the information about the habit cycle and using rewards was very helpful to me. I also was inspired by the meal planning section - getting dinner on the table amid the chaos of a busy household is one of the things that has been an issue and I have never really considered nutrition in terms of productivity before. Overall this book is full of practical suggestions and guides you to become the more productive person you want to be.
