The Shipton history is - well - complicated. Some families have a guardian angel. The Shiptons have a guardian ancestor, one who jumps right in, boots first, whenever one of her girls has a problem. Delightfully Funny Paranormal Romance
This was quite different than what I had expected. It is cleverly written with funny remarks. The story is well written and grabbed my attention from the beginning.
Narration was excellent and brought the story to life. The multiple voices made it come to life and it was easy to know who was speaking.
Here you will find time travel, a clever ghost, suspense, and romance. The characters are well developed and interesting. The story is told in multiple POV. We go from helping an old ancestry ghost make the right choices to helping Katherine, Sylvia, and Irene.

Paranormal romance
I love paranormal romance but this one is not the best that I have read/listened to. I have to admit that I was expecting something else than what I got. I think this is due to the blurb and the cover. However, it is not a bad listen.
The sex scene happens behind closed doors so this concentrate more on the romance which I actually prefer.
I would recommend it.

Love the time traveling grandma
I got this story via audiobook boom and this is my voluntary review, The time-traveling, smart-mouthed grandma really made the story. I loved how the sisters looked out for each other. Now that villain was off the chain. The hero seemed to have trouble getting out of his own way but he did and everything turned out great. Good story and narrator.

I really enjoyed this It wasn't what I expected this was funny and kept me entertained throughout the story.

I liked it!
Time travel to solve a mystery and salvage relationships, destiny, and the ancestral lineage.
The time travel is fluid throughout the book; it’s not like Katherine went back in time to decide if she’ll stay there.
It’s a tender romance; in the sense it’s not red hot lust passion; most of the love scenes are off pages. Which also means it’s deeper than a romance and strong with paranormal mystery.
Ironically, all of the female characters have a supernatural ability. I would have loved it more if we had more grounded, normal characters.
Whether you’re a die hard paranormal follower (which I’m not) or a casual dabbler to indulge with fantastical realms, this would be a treat to read or listen.
LC Kane has a very lyrical voice and pleasant accent. It added to my experience although it lacked emotion, urgency, or undertones.
It’s been a while since I’ve given a rating higher than a 3 for an adult content and it was nice to find this.

Took a Minute but then it was GREAT
I received a free review copy at my request, and my review is left voluntarily and is honest.
The book started out and confused me a bit but it came together wonderfully and I ended up really enjoying it. From present to past and back again, the sisters have to work out family, magic and love. A new twist on magic and time traveling and prophecy. It was a very original story that draws you in and keeps you interested til the very end.

Time travel
Free for the edit so here it is sometimes little slow but listen to these books well if I like them. Sometimes they are just a little more complicated a listen this one complicated as with time travel and or seeing your self out of body anyway completed book and just might give it another listen at later time
