Publisher's summary
A young woman disappears and is feared dead, potentially murdered by her abusive husband—a handsome, shady thug with a violent reputation.
But as detectives Carly Sanderson and Sergio Martin look into the matter, they can’t find a body, and the husband has an iron-clad alibi.
He was killed earlier the same day.
Soon, it is obvious that no one connected to the case is telling the truth—not the mother who says the husband did it, not the sister who may have played a role in the crime, not the husband’s meticulous daily calendar…Maybe not even the dead woman herself.
A great stand-alone book and a perfect addition to this brilliant series, Six Sisters will keep you guessing to the very end.
FANS OF A. J. RIVERS, KARIN SLAUGHTER, ROBERT DUGONI, L. T. RYAN, VICTOR METHOS, JAMES PATTERSON AND DAVID BALDACCI WILL LOVE THIS INTENSE, FAST-PACED THRILLER
AS GOOD AS GRISHAM OR PATTERSON, YOU will LOVE this intense thriller with its romantic subplot!

Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant.

Story
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Story
Hockey coach Ashley Jaswal doesn't take nonsense from anyone … except her overbearing and superstitious family. They believe she's a good luck charm for her brother Jas, the newest Vancouver Canucks draft pick, forcing Ash to attend all his games as he rises up the NHL ranks, sacrificing her personal life (not that she has one—who decided hockey season needed to be 10 months long anyway?). Ash also clashes with Jas’s teammate, Canucks captain Devin Snyder.

Edge of your seat, holding my breathe, just waiting for what was gonna happen next. I will continue reading this series as i truly enjoyed it! And really this is a whole different kinda read then I’m used to. So so good!

Wow what a story
First off I had no idea I would like this book as much as I did. I was immediately captivated and invested. By chapter 5 I was blown away.
I couldn’t figure out the direction the story was going… meaning it wasn’t predictable I was half way in and still was like where is she… who did it…
Sergio is my absolute favorite character.
My favorite line is “or it’s a sin I know I know” - Sergio to his mom.
I’m angry how it ended because I was not ready for it to end…. I want more like NOW!
At the twist I was jaw on the floor I could not lift it with a scrapper I literally was shocked! What a twist!!!
Okay now that my feels are out!
The story is about a young married woman who goes missing after volunteering for a magic show act… I think most of our fears is being chopped in half not missing!
Well, her husband has an interesting alibi where it really couldn’t have been him. Because we always assume the husband!
Well if he didn’t do it who did… where is she… is she alive… so much blood… how can she be alive… you’ll have to read to find out!
I also want to take time to applaud the narrator Skye Stafford. She not only uses different character voices and accents as well that are spot on! She keeps you engaged the entire way through! Great work!!!
Read or listen I would say listen it’s great!!!
It I could give it 10 stars I would! I wouldn’t change a thing.
Ready for the next book when is it being released I need more now!!!
**if there are multiple reviews I’m sorry but it wasn’t letting me edit as I wanted to give props to Skye too!

Another Great Story
Loved the book overall. I do not like Carly’s mother and I lost some respect for Carly because of her mother! Carly does not deserve Sergio and I love him with Avery. They work well together and I hope it didn’t get messed up. Can’t wait for the next book!

Unputdownable book!
This was a great book from start to finish! The only thing I didn’t like was when it ended. This was my first Dan Alatorre book, I will definitely be getting more! Skye did a beautiful job of narrating this book, I really enjoyed the way she narrates.
