Love his voice

How am I supposed to know the story? I'm asleep. I've considered listening to the entire thing while awake just to see what exactly he is suggesting to me. But something stops me not wanting to ruin the surprise of the good habits suggested.

Dick Sutphen offers best sleep programming

These are best sleep programming I've ever experienced. The only fault is the summary provided. Had to purchase it to find the diff topics covered. Below are the diff programs:

Finally!

I've purchased and listened to dozens of these things. Half the time the idiots who are speaking make grammatical mistakes or say something so glaringly wrong that I am jolted out of relaxation and aggravated. This guy has a calming cadence...if he spoke to me this way in the light of day I think I would scream. But he is PERFECT for falling asleep. Plus he gives positive and helpful suggestions. The others I've had, if they speak English properly at all, then they seem to fall in love with hearing themselves talk...meaning that EVERY time you want to get some positive suggestions implanted at night, you have to relisten the jag off explain how and why hypnosis works. What? Do they not realize that we only need to hear that once. Plus the odds are if you're buying self hypnosis or positive affirmations, you probably already "get" how it works. This recording launches right into the meat. EXCELLENT.

I WON'T EVER HAVE TO LISTEN TO THAT ERICK BROWN EVER AGAIN!

Alll you will EVER need

I have spent hundreds of dollars in hypnosis autobooks! If I had only found this one first. It covers everything. It is the only one you will EVER need!!! Phenomenal. It's the only one I EVER listen to. Love, liove love!!!!! ☺😊😀😁

I use the book often when I go to bed. such a calming book. I recommend it

update a few months later. The book gets better and better you will notice a change.

Awfulness

Voice muffled by cotton mouth (smoker?), fake singsongy cadence. Not relaxing, at all, to me.
