Sleep Soundly is not a book
I like this mediation but unfortunately it is treated like a book with the female voice at the end. I go to sleep but then I am waken by her voice at the end. This voice should be at the first track. The timer does not work on my phone to stop it before the end because it is limited. I start on 3 after it explains about mediation so I would have to stop it at 22:35 but I only have a choice of 15 or 30 minutes.

Definitely the best!
This is by far the best to help me sleep. His voice and music work perfectly. It also helps me to back to sleep as I wake often. I've used the stress relief one too. If you're looking to get to sleep, this is it!

Get one of Joel’s other books
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
For a hypnotherapy book I found this utterly useless. It kept me awake. I have used Joel’s books in the past and they have always been good.
Don’t get this get one, get one of his sleep learning series instead.
Would you ever listen to anything by Joel Thielke again?
