About this listen

 Colleen Bryan had loved Gun Larsen since she was eight years old. At twenty, he’d been tall, blond and godlike. When she’d foolishly climbed up a windmill, he’d been her rescuer and when she started to cry, he held her close and told her she didn’t have to be scared because he’d never let anything happen to her. She’d made up her mind right then that she was going to marry him when she grew up.

Sixteen years later, she still felt the same. With his broad shoulders and long, rangy stride, Gun was everything she’d ever wanted. She just had to get him to see her as something more than his best friend’s little sister.

The story plot and character development

I dislike the AI voice. The monotone inflections and lack of appropriate exclamations were annoying but the story was interesting enough to keep me listening.

Not Human

Story line was okay. The narration was grating and almost didn’t finish it. Would recommend recommend re-recording with a human voice
