About this listen

Getting snowed in is unfortunate.

Getting snowed in with a guy who kissed you and walked away?

Unbearable.

Property Attorney Mila Thomas will do anything to save three beloved buildings in her hometown—even ask Alec for help.

Agent Alec Delaney had no intention of coming back to Granite Springs, but when he realizes the danger Mila’s in, he had to come.

And . . . he wanted to come back. A kiss lingers between them—one he wouldn’t mind recreating. But Mila’s not going to let that happen.

Things between them grow complicated when they get snowed in together at an old church building that doubles as the county archive over Christmas.

With only 48 hours to find the information they need to save the buildings, snow piling up outside, untold dangers around every corner, and a buzzing attraction growing between them, Alec and Mila will need a Christmas miracle to get their happily ever.

An enemies to lovers Christmas romance that will leave you swooning for more mistletoe and holly.

What readers are saying:

“I in general stay away from mystery books (Because I have an imaginative mind and have terrible dreams.) But, I enjoyed this book. It has mystery and romance and CHRISTMAS! What a lovely combination to read. I am loving the Snowed In... series this year!” – Brandy Hatchel

“A delightful romantic thriller. Mila is a spitfire powerhouse that Alec is determined to protect. Their interaction is dynamic. Their friends, Jack and Freddie, are mildly comical. Action-packed. Entertaining. Happily Ever After. Haunting. Romantic. Scary. Tragic. Unpredictable. Wonderful characters.” – mmmurdoog

“This story is a refreshingly clean but most satisfying read, exuding authentic small town flavour. With good pacing and a taut buildup to a nail-biting climax, the suspense, romance, and humour, are all superbly balanced. The characters are intelligent, loyal, and genuinely likeable - the type of people I wouldn’t mind spending more time with. In fact, the only thing that would make this book even better would be an extended epilogue.” – Bev H.

“I loved this book!! It had mystery, suspense, and romance! […]” – Amberly Lucas

“This is the first book I’ve read by Ellie Thornton and I absolutely loved it! I’ve been loving the Snowed in series and this one didn’t disappoint. It was full of romance and mystery. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series and more books by Ellie.” – Jamie

The AI value is terrible.

I liked the story, but I did not like the AI production. The sound of the voice was good, but the inflections and emotions were all wrong. I could not finish this book because it was so annoying you have to mentally put the right meaning to what the words spoken were supposed to mean in context to the story.
