About this listen
Immersion in water allows for a soaking that gets into every pore of skin or fiber of being or into the organic matter of what is fully soaked. There is no feeling as beautiful as being completely soaked in God's goodness and finding that His Joy has penetrated every pore of your being. In this book, the author, Donesa Walker takes the listener through the immersion of God's ocean of love into our lives. By relating scripture to real life stories, Donesa demonstrates how we can soak up Jesus' life into every pore of our being and become one with Him.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

Uplifting & Inspirational
Even though I'm not super religious, I found this audiobook to be really uplifting and inspirational. Anyone can identify with the sense of joy and serenity it conveys by fusing scripture with true stories. I genuinely loved the positivity encouraged throughout the chapers, and after listening to this book, I am encouraged with how I can approach this new year—2025 will be a year of self-reflection and hope. You do not need to be Christian or overly religious to enjoy and embrace the teachings—this book is for anyone looking for encouragement and new-found optimism.
