This audio includes much soothing music and some talk aimed at social anxiety. This is more a social confidence boost than social anxiety. The music glides you through a relaxing trance of sorts.

Rachael does a terrific job. I can’t say that I’m a person that is necessarily open to hypnosis on the surface level (I’m don’t feel confident completely letting go); however, I found this a great tool to listen to as I drifted off to slfor 60 days as a fell asleep at night and noticed a huge difference in my personal life.
