A Powerful Resource for Young Adults
This book is an invaluable resource to build essential life skills and emotional resilience. I like the complementary information provided by the author; this helps me understand the context of affirmations – what they are, how they help and why use them. I think they are designed to help cultivate a positive mindset and approach goals with confidence.
I particularly enjoyed Chapter 13 which explains how to cultivate patience and persistence. Patience is an area I am working on and I found the affirmations here especially pertinent.
