Transform Social Skills!
Chapter 1 defines the difference between shy and social anxiety that I had not given thought. Good information on training neurotransmitters in overcoming anxiety. This books teaches how to grasp body language ques accurately. Shaping or reshaping your brain functioning is news we call use; neuroplasty and understanding why the social anxiety exists were my best take aways. Confidence and self-esteem being by products of social anxiety had escaped me until listening to this book. Genuine human connection is essential and when you dread human interaction because of social anxiety, your life can be greatly diminished. This book can get you ready for going back into society without feeling anxious.
