We all dream of reducing pain, and I am glad this audiobook exists so it can transform my life. It will require effect with the step-by-step instructions given by someone who has experienced it. I learned that some people have back pain because they bend their backs too much, and to prevent this, we need to bend our knees, not our backs, and to keep our backs as straight as possible. It’s an excellent audiobook for home reference whenever we need it. There are so many things in this audiobook that I recommend people to listen to. The narrator fits the author's expectation.

This is a very comprehensive audiobook that covers all things exercise. The chapters are easily broken down and very descriptive of how to perform each exercise. This book could work for beginners interested in this area but it's geared more toward those who already have a firm understanding of somatic exercises.

The chapter on lower back relief is excellent. I have always suffered from lower back pain and as I continue to do the recommended exercises, I'm sure I'll be feeling better soon. Love that this audiobook comes with the PDF copy as well!

I’m new to this and stumbled upon it while trying to become more fit and decrease post surgical pain. As I said in my title, it sounds like it could be useful with my limited exposure and mobility lol. I’m recovering from a major surgery and I just feel like a blob so someone recommended this book and I’m glad they did. Hopefully I can use some of what has been described to ease some of my post surgical pain and increase my mobility.
