Pain Relief for Beginners!

I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook and I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my body until I started doing the exercises in this book. The 10-minute routines are easy to fit into my day and they’ve made such a difference in how I feel... both physically and especially emotionally. Although I'm familiar with most of the breathing techniques already, it doesn't hurt to get a refresher! I like that this book takes a holistic approach and that the author dives into the importance of emotional intelligence.
