This is great for dealing with trauma

I thought this was really interesting because sometimes you have traumatic things that happen to you, and they hurt you so deep you can feel it in your gut. This is what this audiobook helps you work through, and I found it to be really helpful. The author does a great job of explaining what somatic therapy is, and then leads you through a series of exercises to help you release these traumas from the body. This has helped me quite a bit with feelings of anxiety and stress. I also appreciated the bonuses and the PDF that come with the audiobook. If you struggle with past traumas, I think you'll find this book to be really helpful.

A path to healing

I really enjoyed this book. Once we reach a certain age, I think we all have some kind of painful trauma that we should deal with. While mine is not as pronounced probably as others, I so still have experiences from my past that hold me back. This book has helped me with techniques I can use to make me feel more in control of my feeling and my mind when I am taken back to painful memories. I especially appreciated the bonuses as do like to be able to print these tools! I also like the discussion about intention, I think that is a really important part of this therapy. The narrative is pleasant and easy to listen to. Highly recommend.
