Publisher's summary

Brady Garrett is back in space, this time as an unwilling member of a team of humans seeking to study the alien Faceless and their technology. It's not the first time Brady's life has been in the hands of the Faceless leader Kai-Ren, and if there's one thing Brady hates it's being reminded exactly how powerless he is. Although dealing with the enigmatic Faceless might actually be easier than trying to figure out where he stands with the other humans on board, particularly when one of them is his boyfriend's ex.

Cameron Rushton loved the starlight once, but being back on board the Faceless ship forces him to confront the memories of the time he was captured by Kai-Ren. Cam is used to being Brady's rock, but this time it might be him who needs Brady's support. This time Brady is surrounded by the people he loves most in the universe, but that only means their lives are in danger too. And when Kai-Ren's fascination with humanity threatens the foundations of Faceless society, Brady and Cam and the rest of the team find themselves thrust into a battle that humans have very little hope of winning, let alone surviving.

Contains mature themes.

Was alright

The overall story was pretty good definitely slow in the beginning and then moved fast at the end.

The whole series is absolutely fantastic

This whole series of three books is absolutely fantastic. I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was kind of blown away. It’s written so well. I ended up binge listening to the entire series. Can we please get a couple more books in this series?

The best out of the trilogy

Each book in this series is progressively better. I feel like the characters have finally come into their own and the author bringing everything full circle tied everything up quite nicely. If you read the first and second book, then I would definitely recommend reading this one as it helps bring closure. Plus, I think it's the most interactive and entertaining of the 3 books. The narrator did a fantastic job as well. All in all, this series is a fun weekend listen.

Wow!!!!

This writer is awesome! Such a different world, creatures, aliens but the story was told in a way to make it relatable and visionary. All the emotions and all the feels. I binged this series. It was just so hard to stop listening. You know it was an awesome series when you are sad it has come to an end.

Great Writing- Thomas Series Next, Please

This series is not at all what I expected, but in a good way. Very understandable characters, and the story line keeps you thinking and guessing.

Great trilogy!

This was such a great story and well written through all 3 books. I think listening to it made me care more for the characters than if I would've read it. I sympathized with Brady and he made me laugh out loud a lot. "Oppositional Defiance Disorder" wins the day.
