About this listen

There are many questions and concerns when deciding to open a business and every aspect must be carefully thought about and planned to avoid future legal, tax, and financial problems. Is entrepreneurship right for you? Ready to start a small business? Got a business plan? Are you financially prepared? Which legal structure should you choose? How much in taxes will you pay? As an entrepreneur is all about making the right decisions and investments in your business.

This small book is packed with valuable information to help you make the right choice of your tax structure and in addition give you business advice. As a successful business owner, I know it can be very solo but the solution is to seek coaches who can show you the blueprint that you need to follow to reach financial goals.

Remember, time is precious and once it's gone it won't come back. On the other hand, money can always be replenished, so getting the right education now will pay off for your future.

It sounds more like a phone automated recording than a book and then it hangs up on you leaving you with questions. It is a discussion from an accountant point of view and her pitch at the en to hire an accountant is apparent. Her disclaimers at the beginning are distracting and start you off in a negative tone. Her assessments of software are incomplete. All subjects are given an authoritative 'do as I say' voice and does not examine or quantify any assertions.
