Excellent!

This audiobook has a great narrator: clear, easy to listen to and well-paced. It covers a large range of understandings about what causes people to go down the over-thinking path and how to get out of it. Thinking types; procrastinating, perfectionism, neuroticism and so on...these are accounted for and paint a clear picture about the causes for stress and over-concern with decisions. This really good is because it hits the nail on the head and goes directly to the causes and what we need to do to help ourselves tame that monster, clam the mind and start thinking more clearly and decisively. I recommend this!
