This audio-book provides an easy and logical step by step process to help anyone and everyone manage their anger constructively. One of the part I liked best was the one on visualization techniques.

I collect this audio-book with someone else.

I bought this audio-book with someone else in mind, but when I listen it, I knew the someone was me. I like their scientific approach which is not too much of ... really nice audio-book!

I like their scientific approach.

I like their scientific approach which is not too much of opinionated but stick to the facts and sci-evidences. I am not intending to finish listening in rush. Because this audio-book is supposed to be my life-time companion for almost constant practice. Grateful to the decorate.

The readers voice is like nails on a chalkboard!

Good content of the book, but there’s no way you can get through it with this woman’s shrill voice! I thought it was a joke at first, who would select someone with this painful sounding voice to narrate the book.
