Hilary Napier is upset and angry when her father brings in a new manager for the family estate, which she's been running for the past year. Loved the story and how you could get ingrossed in the people of the village and their lives. Also great narration.

I enjoyed this audio book, the story is great and the narrator does a great job. I love the British phrases used by the characters. The story takes place in a very interesting time in Post WW II England.
