A clear mind
Having suffered with ADHD and having my stuff all over the house, it was time to help sort my chaotic mind and look at decluttering! This audio was super helpful at explaining the art of decluttering and for giving you tips and tricks to declutter everything in my life and thankfully, it has worked. My brain feels less chaotic as a result and the best chapter for me was decluttering small spaces as I have always kept my home office and bedroom really messy. I now think clearer and can get more done! Highly recommended.
