extremely relaxing and perfect to unwind
I like to use this every night to lull me to sleep. It starts by distressing each and every body part. The first time I listened to it,I wasn't impressed because there seems to be an echo like percussion. For some reason, I decided to give it a 2nd chance and I'm really glad I did because it has become my nightly "night cap" to get to sleep now.

Voice / Sound are at odds
I grabbed this thinking of using it for a group at work. The voice of the speaker and the music are to much at odds that its disrupting. Change the speaker and the background sounds but keep the messages the same and you would have a winner.
