Kelly Elliott
The fourth and final novel in New York Times best-selling author Kelly Elliott’s Meet Me in Montana series fires up the passion in a story about forgiveness and finding your soul mate.
Dirk Littlewood had the world at his feet and a life he claimed to love. He was a world-champion bull rider with plenty of women to keep his nights busy and make his inner loneliness nothing but a delusion.
Dirk’s life was exactly how he wanted it.
Until it wasn’t.
The moment Merit Eden showed back up in Hamilton, Montana, everything was turned upside down. Life changed immediately, and then tragedy struck.
Merit was the only woman who could bring Dirk to his knees - and the only woman who could heal his broken past. If only he’d let her in, they could heal each other in the process.
The only thing left for Dirk to do was figure out how to not only forgive himself, but accept forgiveness from the only woman he had ever truly loved...if only he was strong enough to withstand the heartbreak.
Strong Enough is a stand-alone novel in the Meet Me in Montana series, but for a better experience the order is as follows:
- Never Enough
- Always Enough
- Good Enough
- Strong Enough

Um, Wow, Beyond Descriptive Sex - 8 or above
Was there so much sex or unrealistic sex that you rolled your eyes and/or skipped forward? Of course!
The back story... The H gave up the love of his life because he wanted the shiny object (his best friend's girl). He stays out on the PBR circuit and sleeps with anything that breathes.
The Romance... Didn't start until the 80% mark
The drama explosion... The H runs and hides when life throws a curve ball
Did it feel Real, OK or contrived? Contrived
Was it OTT? Yes
Separation involved? Short
Was it resolved properly or rushed? Ok
Final Notes... I liked this story better than the previous two stories but they all suffer from the same plot device. It takes way too long for the MCs to start to grow together so each ending seems rushed.
HEA or HFN? HEA
Good Story but the H will drive you crazy!

The narrators need some work especially the male who has a tendency to talk too fast and loud when his passion should be strong, soothing, and captivating.
A good conclusion to the series

I also love the fact that although this book was steamy, it wasn’t as much as the previous book when it felt like it was all about lust and not love. This was a love story in the making and it was very good. I totally recommend listening to the first and fourth book, but we do the second and third.
Saved the Best Until Last!
