About this listen
Have you ever felt stuck—literally or figuratively?
We’ve all been there: trapped in a frustrating limbo, asking ourselves, “Why is this happening to me?” But what if I told you that those “stuck” moments are exactly where God plants His greatest lessons? STUCK takes you on a chaotic, exhausting, and surprisingly transformative journey: ten days stranded in an airport that turned into a masterclass in faith, patience, and finding purpose in the midst of chaos.
Inside this audiobook, you’ll discover:
• How to find purpose in the waiting – because God’s timing is never a mistake, but preparation for something greater.
• What to do when your plans fall apart – and how to trust that every closed door is part of a divine design.
• Practical lessons in patience and gratitude – when all you have is time and the assurance that God is still in control.
• How God uses people on your path – from strangers to angels in disguise, they’re all part of His plan.
• Why the Bible isn’t just a book, but your daily survival guide – even when it’s buried in your checked luggage.... and MUCH MORE!
With heartfelt reflections, humour, and profound spiritual truths, this book shows you that life’s detours aren’t punishments—they’re tools God uses to shape you and draw you closer to Him.
If you’re ready to laugh, reflect, and see how God works even in life’s delays, click “Buy Now” and start this journey with me!
Because sometimes, being stuck isn’t a mistake...it’s exactly where you need to be.

Story
The ancient Toltecs believed that life, as we perceive it, is a dream. We each live in our own personal dream, and these come together to form the dream of the planet, or the world in which we live. Problems arise when our perception of the dream becomes clouded with negativity, drama, and judgment (of ourselves and others), because it's in these moments of suffering that we have forgotten that we are the architects of our own reality and we have the power to change our dream if we choose.

Story
The book of Enoch was thought to be lost for over 2,000 years until, in 1773, a traveller brought three copies back from Ethiopia. Whether or not this ancient book was actually authored by Enoch, the father of Methuselah and great-grandfather of Noah, is an ongoing debate among historians and theologians. But all recognise the book of Enoch as one of the most important apocalyptic works outside of the Bible.

The Qur'an, believed by Muslims to be the word of God, was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad 1,400 years ago. It is the supreme authority in Islam and the living source of all Islamic teaching; it is a sacred text and a book of guidance that sets out the creed, rituals, ethics, and laws of the Islamic religion. It has been one of the most influential books in the history of literature. Recognized as the greatest literary masterpiece in Arabic, it has nevertheless remained difficult to understand in its English translations.

Learn from the Unexpected
I thought this would be an amusing listen while sitting in an airport lounge waiting for a delayed flight to take off.
I didn't know what to expect from this story, but it grabbed me from the start as it wasn't just about the litany of inconveniences that beset you in a situation at an airport when your plane is delayed. Beyond the experience of being stranded in an airport, what impacted me the most was how it explores uncertainty, decision-making under pressure, and resilience. I liked that it doesn't just focus on the challenges but also on the lessons learned along the way. The narration feels genuine and relatable, making you feel part of the experience. It's an interesting reflection on how we handle unforeseen events and what we can learn from them.

Unexpectedly Captivating and Relatable
This story deeply resonated with me and prompted me to think about my approach to unforeseen challenges. The story's depiction of frustration and problem-solving alongside personal growth came across as extremely authentic and relatable. This serves as an excellent reminder about the power of our mindset to influence our experiences even when we face situations we'd rather avoid. The story moved along at a speed that kept me interested throughout while its lessons stayed in my mind well beyond the last page. Anyone who has experienced being trapped in any form will emerge from this story with meaningful insights.

Unexpectedly inspiring and relatable
While I have never been stuck in an airport for days, I have definitely faced moments in life where I felt completely out of control. The way the author navigated uncertainty and stress felt very real. The storytelling kept me engaged, and I walked away with some valuable insights that I was not expecting. The narrator’s voice made it even more enjoyable; calm, clear, and easy to listen to. If you’ve ever struggled with patience, decision-making, or just handling life when things do not go as planned, this is definitely worth a listen.
