About this listen

Nowadays, the concepts of corporate leadership and management are too vague. According to Simon Sinek, a British speaker and author, a true leader is one who always puts the interests of the group he or she leads first, rather than being obsessed with performance. Care for the human being is key for any group to thrive.

Distracting Performance

I had a hard time processing leadership tendencies from a reader with a "casual" Southern dialect.

At times felt like I was listening to a guest speaker at a mega church in Nashville, rather than hearing Simon Sinek reflections.
