About this listen

If you want to get a real headache, try to understand destiny! Understanding destiny is almost as difficult as eluding it. It is obviously attached to you before the foundation of the world. I believe the only thing that is able to change destiny is choice. The question, therefore, would not be what kind of destiny do I have? But, what kind of choices will I make? Wanza Leftwich has done a splendid job of depicting the drama involved in the life of a young woman who has obvious spiritual destiny attached to her. She takes it straight to the major vein - me and my man! She depicts Ebony Johnson as a real you or me in a real "my church or your church" situation. She does not spare the details and definitely leaves you on the edge of your seat. Wanza brings to the floor much of the back room drama that takes place before or after the whole hallelujah, throw your hands up in the air and get your praise on piece. Although this book is fiction it is so very non-fiction. In it you will be able to share what it feels like to love and be loved. You will personally experience what it feels like to hurt and get over the hurt, to want someone so bad that you had better not go near him and to know you're right when you're dead wrong or even to know you're wrong but feel so very right. You will be able to put your shoulder in the way for someone in this story to cry on and then you'll be able to put your dance in with them when it’s time to rejoice. Sunday Morning, without doubt, will leave you wanting more, and more. You will not be able to put it down until the last page. Although this book is not a "ministering" book, it will minister to you and if you're not careful, it will help you to make some choices. It ushers in a reality too far gone for some and here and now for others. You'll find yourself in this book somewhere under the cocktail table, behind the love seat or in the back seat of the car. Reader, you have made a wise choice. Sit back and relax as we anticipate what will happen on the next Sunday Morning. African American Christian Fiction Genre Fiction
