About this listen

Confidently co-parent and develop your independence. Are you overwhelmed and drained from separating from a narcissist? Do you wish to rise above unhealthy coping mechanisms and break free from years of emotional manipulation? Are you worried about establishing a healthy co-parenting dynamic for your children's well-being? The bad news is that you can’t control your ex-partner’s actions. The good news? You can take their power away from them!

Co-parenting with a narcissist can feel like being in the eye of a hurricane. It takes resilience and confidence to withstand the endless barrage of negativity, manipulation, and abuse. Starting again and creating a stable shelter is difficult, but once you build something sturdy, you’ll barely feel the rain.

This storm can be outlasted; you just need the right resources! With the methods presented here, you can navigate disputes and emotional strain, creating an environment where you and your child can thrive.

Here’s a fraction of what you’ll discover in this book:

• Understanding and identifying narcissistic behaviors, and how to protect children from the side effects.

• How narcissists keep you vulnerable…and the secrets to breaking this manipulative cycle.

• Why you won’t win an argument with a narcissist, and what to do instead!

• Coping mechanisms – why some methods can do more harm than good.

• Safeguarding your and your child’s emotions with effective parenting strategies.

• Tips for setting and upholding boundaries – and what to do if they get crossed.

Years of emotional manipulation can be difficult to shake. But you can create the secure, supportive environment you and your child deserve! Scroll up and click “Add to Cart” to find your calm in the storm.

This author seems to truly believe that what she is saying is helpful to children. But actually she is likely a narcissist. The things she says and how she says them clearly shows that she is likely a narcissist teaching people how to be narcissists. But she seems to believe that she is not a narcissist. Her entire approach is about herself and making the other parent look bad to the kids then making everyone else feel bad for her. There are certainly things you can learn from the book, I’d say mostly what not to do.

After years of second-guessing myself, I found clarity in this. Co-parenting with someone who constantly gaslights you is exhausting, but hearing these coping tools laid out plainly gave me a sense of power again. I cried more than once because it felt like someone finally understood what I’ve been living through. I’ll probably replay a few sections when things get hard.

Finally Felt Understood
