Enjoyed, helpful for my family!

There are a lot of adults with ADHD in my family and close relationships. I especially liked the chapter about Thriving with ADHD and the review of strengths and good things people with ADHD tend to have. It was nice to hear the positives listed out and how to use the strengths of having ADHD! The information and calls to action and productivity were inspiring. A really good listen!

Great Advice Worth Taking

While many of the suggestions outlined in this book are also applicable to non-ADHD persons, the author tailors their application to those who have the disorder.
