About this listen

He’ll do anything to keep her safe…for the rest of their lives.

Romance and excitement tie the knot in Taken by Tuesday, the fifth book in Catherine Bybee’s best-selling Weekday Brides series.

Judy Gardner: College graduate Judy stands ready to conquer the world…if she can get a job. Hoping to transition from aspiring architect to famous architect as quickly as possible, the dark-haired beauty moves to LA, staying in the home of her celebrity brother, Michael Wolfe. But it’s hard for Judy to focus on work when the sexy bodyguard she fell for last summer keeps showing up in her life and leaving her breathless.

Rick Evans: With his hard body, green eyes, and easy smile, Rick could have any woman he wants. But the Marine-turned- bodyguard only has eyes for Judy and her spitfire attitude. When a faceless villain attacks Judy, Rick will stop at nothing to protect the woman who opened his heart from the monster hunting her.

Exciting!

Exciting story, sexy characters, and some steamy scenes. Be prepared not to set this down until you've read it to the end.

Another Good Continuous of the Series!!!

Well, Catherine Bybee hit another 'Home Run' with: "Taken by Tuesday, Book Five" of her Weekday Brides Series.
It had proven to be an AWESOME CONTINUANCE to the series.
I really liked this storyline. There was an immediate attraction between them both; added with the boy chasing the girl I found that so cute!
Tanya Eby is doing a great job when it comes to the narration. Onwards to: "Seduced by Sunday, Book 6" in the Series.

Not as strong as the other books in the series

The thing that bugged me was their reason for marriage ... So she wouldn't have to testify against him? Seems to me her testimony would have more weight in saving him then not and it would have even more weight if she wasn't married to him. Just fell kinda short of the mark.

Babe

This was such an exciting story. Thank goodness Judy had Steve. He was her savior. This story gave me the creeps. I can't imagine the sick people that could be in our world.

Stupidity makes me crazy

I like this series overall, but I don’t like the way the bad guys manage to run rings around the “good “guys for most of the book to the physical and emotional detriment of the main female character. I especially don’t like the way the police are portrayed as so stupid and narrow minded giving the bad guy even more opportunities to hurt the heroine. I feel like there could be plenty of suspense without all the failure to notice things that could prevent so much misery for all involved. I skipped a large portion of the book because I couldn’t stand the direction things were heading and once again, sadly, I have neither the desire nor the need to go back and read what I skipped. I liked all the characters, but not how the author treated them. Overall it comes out as approximately 4 stars mostly because of the quality of the narration.
