A few good stories that could use more development. ú

I received a copy of this audiobook for review purposes.

This collection of short stories is a mixed bag. Most of these short stories feel like very early ideas of possible stories. Like the start of what could of been a longer, more developed story. In some cases this is very disappointing, since I'd love to see where the writer would of taken the idea, had they spent more time with it.
There was really one story that I found interesting and satisfied with. Another where it just ends abruptly and I was very disappointed in not getting more to that story. And like I said a few that felt like basic ideas that should possibly be returned to for more developing and others that possibly wouldn't develop much further.
I wasn't a fan of the narration. Felt very rushed and void of any emotion.

Would be better with different narration

This seems to be written towards beginner scary story listeners. The writing is good but basic and gentle for the most part.

The narrator is monotone and creates no excitement, thrill or suspense. There are no pauses between stories and it listens like one long run on sentence.
