Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Story
In the not-too-distant future, a 21-member crew launches from Earth. Their mission: to establish a temporary colony on Mars. Little do they know that colony will become permanent–and the last stand of the human race. Because, without warning, every single person left on Earth simply...vanishes. Now, a thousand years later, the resources needed to sustain life are running out, and the very existence of the Mars colony is threatened. Humankind has only one option–to return to its home planet.

Eh, not sure what to think
This was one of those books i almost stopped reading. In my romances I have strict rules of monogamy. Once the leads meet I do not want to see them near anyone else. This book is difficult to figure out who you want Anna with, the fun loving Sawyer or Alpha Adam. The problem with Adam is he already has a mate. I am seriously against cheating. The excuse that it is the nature of their wolves does not fly with me.
I really wanted to stop reading at many points. but pushed on through, mostly because i did not have wifi and that was the only thing on my phone that was available for listening. I also really enjoyed the narrator.
This book has open bedroom door steam. The problem is the heroine hooks up with two separate guys. It just felt like cheating and using the one guy to make the other jealous. I was not at all happy with that situation,
There were many things going on the plot and loose points in the world building. If this is intended as a series it will be interesting to see how it progresses.
I listened to the audiobook narrated by Rebecca Cook, who does a wonderful job of keeping the listener engaged. It was her great read that kept me with this book. Her pace was great and she had a wonderful energy. I think I will look for more of her reads. I really enjoyed the tone of her voice.
In the end I was entertained by this series and liked the out come. I would love o see a book for Wade or Sawyer. They were dishy and caught my attention!
Disclosure – I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts opinions and ratings are my own.

So very predictable !
I was very excited to listen to this book. That excitement stayed with me until I peeked and realized that this is the only book available, in this series. My happy anticipation was squashed.
Despite that, I couldn’t stop listening, until I reached the end. I guess that I’ll just have to keep an eye out for more books, by this author.
Well, time for the tedious task of picking the next book to listen to. That’s why I like series, so much. I just have to download the next book in a series.

Taming the Wolf
I liked the storyline. It was hard to get past the narrator. I really liked her voice but it kept going deep like a guy when she was speaking the female parts so it frustrated me. The story also seemed a little dragged out. Other than that the story was overall good and look forward to book 2 when it becomes available.

Too much coercion regarding sex for my taste
Too rapey. Within the first chapter, the implication that the main character is in constant danger of being raped or coerced into semi-consensual sex soured me on the entire book and I'm returning it for my credit.

The alpha is made irredeemable
Spoiler I guess but its in like the first 15 minutes. The Alpha makes it clear do as he says and date guys he says and look to make babies or the lead female will be given to a man that likes to be rough and beat on women for fun. There is no coming back from that, If the alpha is the bad guy then fine.... but he is not. I had to stop reading I was so annoyed, I looked forward and found he was the love interest that was suppose to be made better. That is a big NO from me. This alpha likely did this to others or would have, making him a human sex trafficker in my book.
To be clear the 3 stars for the narrator who did a fine job.
