Good advice

Boost self confidence for Teens

This book is a valuable guide because it understands the challenges that teenagers fave in today’s time. I have watched my teenager have a hard time communicating and engaging at school and social settings. During Covid the shyness got worse. This workbook has action CBT and DBT skills that are easy to understand and implement into daily situations. I especially love the part on managing negative thoughts, noticing anxiety and what to do about it. All of these steps lead to understanding and boosting self-esteem. With support and these steps i am hopeful my son will be more emotional healthy.
