Publisher's summary

She can't forget him.

The born rancher who stole her heart, her ex-husband, the tough, tender father of her child. Tori Tyler can't let Will Tyler go to prison for a crime that was a simple accident. But she can't deny that her feelings for the man run much deeper than loyalty, and her desire for his strong, sure embrace has never died. Protecting him is second nature until an unexpected terror threatens to shatter them both - and Tori needs Will's fierce love more than ever before.

He can't let her go.

The sassy, sexy wife he never meant to drive away, the gorgeous woman who haunts his memory and his fantasies. Will can accept the blame for the destruction of his marriage, but he can't believe that he and Tori won't have a second chance to make it right. With the ranch in trouble and his freedom on the line, somehow fighting for her is the only thing that matters.

this is why I don't do many reviews because if I'm listening to a series I only want to one review and the rest I just to click stars

The Tyler's of Texas

This is another awesome book by Janet. If you haven't read the entire series it is a must, you won't be disappointed.

Enjoyable

This is book the last book in the Texas trilogy. While the book stands on its own, the story provides a conclusion to the series and an update on characters and relationships introduced in previous books.

Too ridiculous & Not well researched

The story had potential for intrigue and romance but it falls far short. The MCs, especially the female are unlikable. The content rambled on too long, zigging from one mini story to the next. I started to get motion sickness. Some points were repetitive and there are waaaay too many characters to keep track of. But the worst part was that the criminal elements became unbelievable. It was too ridiculous that that many powerful men were beholden to this lowlife women in such a short period time. NO WAY!,. The first book where the sheriff was a bad cop was believable but in this book there are about 5 people falling out of grace. These people were once straight laced and ethical but now all succumb to doing evil things for money was just too farfetched. In addition, there was not enough research done of law enforcement and legal /court procedures. Many mistakes.

I cannot recommend this book.

Tired story line...why would anyone live here?

This was by far the low point of the series. I can believe how Stella has duped this whole town. Frustrating to read.
