About this listen

 In Colorado’s ski country, Raymond Sinclair, a standout sprinter emerges from a small high school. Without coaching or proper facilities he excels as much as possible but finds his ultimate ambition of winning the state title denied. High school has ended and Sinclair joins the Marines only to be severely injured during the evacuation of Saigon in 1975. He returns home unable to walk without a cane and his old high school reluctantly hires him as the girls track coach. It’s a rough start gaining the loyalty and respect of his young athletes.
