Priceless
I was excited about the release of the book because I was so inspired by the previous book “ The Tao of Dating” I inhaled the hard copy book quickly and then listened to the audio version to cement what I had learnt while walking. There are so many gems of advice in the content. I was inspired to resume meditation. I especially found the 10 reasons to dump the dating apps invaluable. The warning about alcohol being a wrecking ball in relationships resonated. The scientific backing gave the book lots of credibility and the advice is practical. The resources available and suggestions for other books to continue learning are great for follow up. Overall this book is a priceless investment in your wellbeing and happiness.

Love, Science, and Self-Compassion: A Wonderfully Empowering Dive into Life's Nuances
Wonderfully paced, relatable, optimistic and empowering! This book dives into the nuance of the lofty subject of love with humor and self-compassion. The author has figured out the essence of what is truly important for major life decisions from a deep understanding of both science and intuition. highly recommend!

Truly life changing
Have you ever read a book and feel like it is speaking to your essence? I read the book in other formats but have now listened to it. The reader’s voice is smooth and perfect for this book. Hearing it read allowed me to integrate ideas that I had not gotten before. I love this book and out if the million trillion people who are miraculously in existence I feel grateful to have had the opportunities that have allowed me to hear it and be receptive to it’s message. I don’t know if I’ll find a love relationship but I am happy with myself and improving my existence and this is a gem if you are looking for a happier relationship not only with a partner but for a fulfilled existence.

Amazing read. A must read for any professional single woman
I was already beyond impressed by the Tao of Dating book and this book is a must read for any single woman navigating through dating life and even women who are unsure about their current relationship. I love how the author truly cares about his audience and backs the information up with science and real advice. Thank you for another fantastic read! PS: I also love hearing his voice - it has such a calming effect…

The narrator over emphasized every single word. I finally couldn’t to listen to him
