Great cookbook
My wife and I have been vegan for over 6 years now, and we have 2 teenagers who are hard to feed. When I saw the cookbook, I thought finding new recipes would be a great idea. With our busy life, it is easy to turn on frozen meal but we all know this ain't the best even if the box says it is healthy and plant base. This cookbook provided us with simple, fast, and nutritious recipes. Thrust me, eventhough it says ''for College Students'' on the cover, those recipes are just yummy for the whole family. Love it!

Fantastic cookbook!
I wish I had a copy of this book when I was in school! Nutrition always seems to take a back seat in college, but it's so important. The author provides an absolute gold mine of information and recipes in this book.
