Powerful education to help understand the mind of one who has ADHD

So grateful for this blueprint about ADHD! I work with people who have this challenge as well as friends with children who do. I knew I needed to understand better and understand how their mind works so I can be a better friend and support. It means so much to me the depth of information that it provided. I can also see how essential this can be for someone who has it to understand and feel much more confident in their abilities. Some I know that struggle with ADHD have struggled with frustration and their confidence in themselves is limited. This can most definitely help a great deal!

Clear and Practical Info

This book was a great listen for getting clear and practical information delivered in a way that felt more like a conversation. The author goes into details of how ADHD affects issues like time management, focus and emotional responses. I really appreciate that there are actual practices included and how to manage these issues instead of just theory. The book did not get bogged down into the medical or technical details but references them so you know what is causing the issues. The important part is how to manage it.
