Imperial Death Dealer Ethan Wolfe has been dispatched to kill a terrorist at the edge of the galaxy. It was a simple mission until the Emperor and his Lord Commander outlawed and condemned him to death, without any reason. And that secret will lead him on a quest to find an ex-Imperial soldier and a being called the Guardian. Little does he know that he has a big role to play in the coming Great War with the Fallen.

Interesting Kid
This was my first introduction to the author and it was an entertaining, short listen. I liked the relationships that were starting to form and I am interested in where they go next, although, the value ($/hour of audiobook) is a factor I will consider before moving on in the series.
The narration was definitely the weak point in this audio. The narrator seems to be very new (this is forgivable, we all have to start somewhere) He just needs to slow down a little. The biggest issue is in the quality of the recording. Every other chapter sounded like it was recorded on different equipment and much too sensitive to certain enunciation. Anything with a "P" sound popped loudly in the microphone and it was uncomfortably loud many times.
I was given this audiobook for free in exchange for my honest review. I would be happy to pay for the next chapter but it's hard to justify at the current rate.
