The CBT and ACT techniques were presented in a clear, practical way that helped guide me through the healing process. It encouraged me to reflect on parts of my past that I hadn’t fully acknowledged and gave me the tools to begin letting go. I especially appreciated the focus on rebuilding self-worth, the journaling prompts were powerful and helped me become more self-aware in a meaningful way.
